Halloween is just a couple of weeks away and you’re no doubt organising your plans for the spookiest of occasions as we speak. There’s sweets to buy, costumes to figure out, and parties to RSVP to.

Can we just remove the stress of figuring out that last for you? Brisbane rock powerhouse WAAX have just announced a very special all-ages Halloween gig set to take over 38 Berwick Street on 30th October.

They’ll be joined by grunge rockers Bixby Canyon and punk favourites Violet Pilot. Best of all, this is a dress-up occasion and costumes are very much encouraged, i.e. you’ll be forking out more dosh if you’re costume-less.

Tickets are on the door and run you $5 in costume or $10 without one, so be a sport and dress up. There’ll be sets from Drunk Tongues and Spooky Action (how perfect) as well, so check below for details and head down.
