You probably know Brooke Satchwell best as Anne Wilkinson on long-running Australian soap opera Neighbours. If you happened to be a teenage boy in the ’90s and early ’00s, you probably know her as your first love. Either way, a bunch of Aussie bands have decided it’s time to honour Satchwell wit her own music festival.

Next month, Mesa Cosa are teaming up with Los Tones, RACKETT, Bilby, and Simo Soo to put on Satchfest, a mini-music festival that will pay tribute to the legend of the Australian small screen and there’s no doubt that it’ll see many good neighbours becoming good friends.

“Brooke Satchwell is an Australian hero. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT,” the event description reads. “Brooke Satchwell first appeared on Australia’s TV sets in 1996 playing the role of ANNE WILKINSON on Neighbours. Immediatly after stealing all our hearts she stole her first Logie.”

“Brooke Satchwell holds a very special place in our hearts and we’re personally inviting everyone in Sydney to celebrate the life of this living legend with us.” The BYO gig will be taking place at an “awesome” secret location in Sydney and will include a Brooke Satchwell art gallery, karaoke, stand-up comedy, an indoor halfpipe, and DJs.
