Groovin The Moo, Australia’s favourite regional touring festival, recently announced its triumphant return for the new year. Kicking off next April, Groovin The Moo 2017 will be stomping through six regional centres, including our nation’s capital, and organisers have just announced the first lineup act.

D.R.A.M., real name Shelley Marshaun Massenburg-Smith (so you can see why it’s just D.R.A.M. to you and me), is one of the most exciting new rhyme-slingers to come out of Virginia. All you need to know about D.R.A.M. is that he Does. Real. Ass. Music. and he loves him some ‘Broccoli’, and so do millions of other fans who’ve streamed his hit single around the world.

D.R.A.M. is the first act to be slated for the Groovin The Moo 2017 lineup and he’s helping organisers launch their annual Shoot The Moo competition, which is returning for its fourth year, offering up-and-coming photographers aged between 16-25 the chance to shoot D.R.A.M. from the pit at the front of the stage under the guidance of the touring GTM photography team.

To enter, head on over to the official Shoot The Moo website and submit your full contact details as requested. Submit three of what you reckon are the finest examples of your photography chops and then explain in 150 words or less why you should win two tickets to your local GTM and a meet-and-greet with D.R.A.M. himself.

Entries are now open and submissions will close 13th February 2017 with the winners to be announced 3rd March. Further details are available over on the official Shoot The Moo website. Last year saw more than 1,000 hopeful snappers enter so make sure you get your application together now.
