Sydney outfit Smaal Cats have just dropped a new clip, a trippy excursion soundtracked by fresh single ‘Be Good’.
The Sydney four-piece have been playing together a few years now, bringing their classic rock-inspired sounds to the ears of many punters. ‘Be Good’ is the first taste of the group’s debut record Towards The Light, which is set to be released soon.
The track is backed with a video that can only be described as a psychedelic journey through suburban Australia. Interspersed with shots of various colourful liquids, the band playing live, and with numerous trippy, disorienting effects thrown in, the video perfectly encapsulates the free-flowing, carefree sound that the group have sought to claim as their own.
Smaal Cats’ debut record Towards The Light is set to be released pretty soon, but in the meantime, you can check out ‘Be Good’ below.
