Ever fallen in love with the idea of heading out on the road with a band and living the rock ‘n roll dream, but don’t actually have any way of getting your foot in the door? Bootleg Rascal have the solution, and are offering up the chance to set out with them on the upcoming ‘Shake N’ Bake’ tour as an official roadie.

Kicking off in January, the tour sees Bootleg Rascal joined by Lyall Moloney and Gold Member – and possibly you, if you’re the lucky winner of their roadie search tomorrow night.

The winning roadie will score all-expenses-paid trips to select dates on the Shake ‘N Bake tour, a daily wage, and the chance to pick up some valuable experience from the professional road crew.

To enter, however, there’s a catch: you’ll need to be prepared to check out a bit of live music first – namely, the Rare Finds party going down tomorrow night at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory. Thankfully it’s a great gig, with names like Gold Member, Top Lip, Selahphonic and Hey Geronimo DJS on the bill, and free entry to sweeten the deal.

All you’ll need to do to enter is sign up on the door and catch Gold Member’s set, during which the winner will be announced. Next thing you know, you’re living the tour life on parts of the East Coast leg with Bootleg Rascal & Co. Even if you don’t win, you still end up with a free night of great bands and DJs.

The electro-dub outfit are seasoned tourers at this stage, fresh off a tour of Europe and the USA with labelmates Sticky Fingers and their own European tours and festival appearances, so you know you’ll be in safe hands.
