Today we’ve got a brand new record from Eüsh, a group who blend elements baroque-pop, experimental-rock and alt-country with the odd sea shanty to create a pretty unique sound.

The record, New Light, veers from the dulcet sounds of opener ‘Awake’ and the gorgeous, sighing ‘Repentance Song’, to the more abstract and menacing tones of ‘Abdullah Cigarette’.

New Light sounds as if it would just shine in a live setting, and we won’t have to wait too much longer, as Eüsh will be heading out on a summer tour in February – dates below.

Eüsh Tour Dates

Wed 1st Feb – Lass O’Gowrie Hotel, Newcastle (with Henry Manuel)
Thursday 2nd Feb – The Milk Factory, Brisbane (with Rory J Dawson)
Friday 3rd Feb – Phoenix Rising Cafe, Nimbin
Saturday 4th Feb – Treehouse, Byron Bay (with Arcane Ear DJ set)
Thursday 9th Feb – Sly Fox, Sydney (with Bueno Panucci, Nic Cassey & Friends)
Saturday 11th Feb – Franks Wild Years, Thirroul (with Bueno Panucci, Nic Cassey & Friends)
