ARIA-winning alt-rockers Eskimo Joe, and Aussie hip hop champs Thundamentals are heading up one hell of a Hottest 100 party this year, a 15-hour marathon bash alongside a bunch of other big names at Parramatta Park.

Joining them is a solid roster of talent in guitar genius Olympia, thought-provoking rapper L-Fresh The Lion, buzzed producer and vocalist Kuren, synthpop outfit Froyo and RnB singer Thandi Newton, on top of BEATZ, VXV, Hurst and MC Jake Stone.

The party is being thrown by the City of Parramatta, and features an entire day of very wholesome entertainment, kicking off at 6am with a hot air balloon display – can’t say we’ll be awake for that one, but it’s a nice touch, and we’ll definitely be awake for the fireworks rounding things out later in the evening.

The main event is of course the Hottest 100 Party from 12pm-8pm and the headline performances to follow, but with a history as a racing circuit, Parramatta Park will also play host to a variety of vintage cars, as well as an assortment of rides, workshops and activities alongside all the live music.

It all kicks off at Parramatta Park on Australia Day, with more info and a full programme available at the website – gear up for a great set with Thundamentals’ new clip ‘Think About It’ below.
