Plenty of musicians have made it clear how they feel about America’s president-elect, Donald Trump, from Maynard James Keenan’s new Puscifer video to The White Stripes’ new t-shirts, musicians around the world are all making their stances perfectly clear. However, one band who are certainly on board the Trump train is 3 Doors Down.
Famous for tracks such as ‘Kryptonite’ and ‘Here Without You’, 3 Doors Down appear to be one of the few artists willing to perform for Donald Trump’s inauguration concert, titled ‘The Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration’.
After a few weeks of speculation, which included difficulty in locking in bands, numerous artists distancing themselves from Trump, and a rumour that Nickelback were performing at the gig, the lineup for the divisive concert has been revealed.
As one would expect though, the internet has had a field day with this news, with numerous Twitter users mocking 3 Doors Down inclusion and the poor lineup that Trump’s gig has, some even going so far as to infer that Nickelback would’ve been a preferable choice.

Joining 3 Doors Down are artists and celebrities such as Toby Keith, Jon Voight, Jennifer Holliday, DJ Ravidrums, The Piano Guys, Tim Rushlow, Larry Stewart, Marty Roe, and Lee Greenwood.
Obviously, this is a far cry from Obama’s inauguration concert, which included huge artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, U2, Mary J. Blige, Garth Brooks, Stevie Wonder, and Usher.
It remains to be seen whether Trump will turn into as much of a hipster as Obama did while in office, but at this stage, we’re not holding our breath.
