Byron Bay’s Bluesfest has just piled name after name onto its 2017 lineup so far, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any bigger, they’ve added another round of acts to the bill, including hip hop legend Nas.

Making his way tot he festival with his brass band The Soul Rebels, it’ll be a completely different sort of experience to his last Australian shows in 2015, and perfectly fitting the Bluesfest vibe. With 13 Grammy noms, 7 platinum records and a reputation as one of the greatest to ever do it, he’s a hugely exciting addition.

It doesn’t stop there though, with more bug Aussie acts joining the fray, including melodic Rockhampton duo Busby Marou, who just scored an ARIA #1 with their new record Postcards From The Shell House, as well as country icon Kasey Chambers, who returns for her tenth Bluesfest.

Aussie folk-grunge duo Little Georgia and Grammy-winning flautist Wouter Kellerman also join the fray, as does Byron local Lucy Gallant, fresh off her third appearance at Glastonbury.

Bluesfest promise one last announcement to come before the festival kicks off from Thursday April 13 to Sunday April 17, so check out the full lineup here and grab your tix.
