We’ve been on board with Melbourne outfit DIET. for a while of now, as they released a string of impressive tracks like the hook-driven earworm ‘Your House’ back in 2015, all culminating in their tight self-titled debut last year.
Unfortunately, the talented five-piece hit a big hurdle when all of their gear was nicked, knocking their tour off course and putting a hold on any further recording. With a bit of time to scrape their setup back together they’re making up for lost time, unveiling a new clip for ‘VB’, which struck a chord with everyone when it dropped late last year.
Filmed on the hottest of Sydney rooftops over summer, it’s a glimpse of the atmosphere you can expect when they get back onstage Friday April 4 for Sydney’s ‘Surveillance’ party at the Oxford Art Factory, followed by a 2am set the next night at Melbourne haunt Yah Yah’s.
