There’s plenty of good news for Gorillaz fans right now, with tracks dropping left right and centre in the lead up to the hugely-anticipated Humanz, but it turns out that won’t be the last of it.

Damian Albarn will head to Zane Lowe’s show on Beats 1 tomorrow to reveal the latest album cut ‘Let Me Out’, featuring Mavis Staples and Pusha T, but, despite the record already containing 19 tracks, Pitchfork reports that there’s plenty more on the horizon.

“I’m just sort of slowly going through all tunes that sort of didn’t work out and finishing them,” he revealed to listeners ahead of time, estimating that he has “40 or 45” tracks still in reserve. “I can stay in the game for at least another 18 months, I reckon,” he added.

Fans need only wait until April 28 for the Gorillaz return effort, but if all goes to plan, we’ll be having a very pleasant year or two after that.
