With DJ, producer and all-round larrikin Dillon Francis in the country to play the 2017 edition of Groovin the Moo, we caught up with him backstage last week for what turned out to be a cracker of an interview.

Known for his cast of wacky alter-egos, Dillon busts four of them out as he answers our questions – including what’s happened to his famous sidekick, Gerald – and even gives us a tip on proper mic technique. Pinkies out, apparently.

He’ll be taking to the stage again today and tomorrow for the Bendigo and Canberra legs, before wrapping up in Bunbury next week. You’ll also be able to catch him playing his remaining sideshows in Melbourne and Perth next week, and considering he thre Aussie classic ‘Horses’ into his set the other day, he sure knows how to please a crowd.
