Jeremy Marou from QLD roots duo Busby Marou is recovering in hospital after suffering a heart attack.
“Jeremy had a heart attack after playing Oztag and is recovering well in hospital”, a note on the band’s Facebook page notes, humorously placing it third in importance after a sold out tour and a new vinyl release.
“He’s going to be very bored over the next few days so please send your messages to keep him occupied!”, the note concluded.
The attack would appear to have been quite minor, as the band haven’t cancelled their tour, which kicks off later this month. Get well soon!
