Jack Black has fronted plenty of rock bands over the years, but he may have just put in his best performance yet, teaming up with Guns N’ Roses legendary guitarist Slash to belt out a huge rendition of Gunners classic ‘Welcome To The Jungle’.

Honestly, despite Black’s reputation as a goof, he’s always had a big set of rock pipes on him, not to mention plenty of charisma, and he gives the song a massive crack. Considering that Axl’s voice isn’t quite what it once was, and that Black is possibly the more lively of the two by now, we wouldn’t be against seeing a whole set with the new combo – maybe Steven Adler could join in on that one, at least?

As Music Feeds reports, the pair were teaming up on this one to benefit the annual Beastly Ball fundraiser being held at the LA Zoo, explaining not only the choice of song, but also Black’s lion-face tee shirt.

It’s not the first time the two have shared a stage, although the last time saw them facing off in a guitar duel on Conan rather than joining forces. Check out a few different snippets below, and imagine what could have been for the next tour had Gunners not overcome their differences.
