Harrison Storm is a young singer-songwriter from Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula, a devotee of the acoustic guitar and craftsman behind the delicate new single ‘Change It All’.

He first started up an acoustic night in his hometown a couple of years back, and has continued to tread the troubadour path by busking around Melbourne proper, building towards the release of his 2015 debut EP Sense of Home, produced by fellow talent Hayden Calnin.

Now, Harrison is back with another thoughtful acoustic gem, dripping with wonderful finger-picking and soaring vox, as he looks towards new releases and his signing to his new label, Nettwerk.

“I was in a real rut when I wrote this song. A sort of slow spinning, downward spiral you can find yourself in when things become monotonous,” Harrison says. “I was quite down about everything. I’m usually an optimistic person, but I wasn’t enjoying music as much as I used to. Then, I got this message from Terry and it really lifted my spirits.”

‘Terry’, of course, is the CEO of his new label, who messaged Harrison personally on Facebook hoping to sign him, the culmination of a long-held dream for the young songwriter.

“This is quite a personal one for me,” Harrison says. “I’m really excited to see how it’s received.”

We imagine it’ll be received quite well indeed when it’s officially released tomorrow, June 2, but for now you can listen to it right here.
