Fresh off a thirteen date New Zealand tour, The Checks are amped to showcase new tracks off
Deadly Summer Sway featuring their latest single Candyman Shimmer. The album was produced and mixed by Multi-Grammy winning Bassy Bob Brockman who hunkered down with The Checks in July to record the LP at Neil FinnsRoundhead Studios. Lead single, Candyman Shimmer, hastily caught the attention of international
ears including MTV Iggy Editors, CNN producers, and The Burning Ear.

Having supported everyone from AC/DC to REM, The Checks have mastered their live act and are ready to be headliners in their own right.
