East Brunswick Club
The East has undergone somewhat of a cultural change over the last year or so. While there is still a TAB next door and the main bar features two large screen TVs for sport, evenings and weekends ususally feature a live band and the crowd is decidely younger and er … middle classer … than before. Cheap but decent meals, good pool tables and couches make it a pleasant enough local pub. The “club” next door is an excellent dedicated live music venue with room for perhaps 200 people.
