The Like A Versions have got off to a pretty chill start this year, from low-key Radiohead covers to Julia Jacklin’s gorgeous downcast rework of a Strokes classic, but things are beginning to heat up ever-so-slightly this week as Glass Animals tackle Gnarls Barkley’s legendary jam, ‘Crazy’.

It all starts out quite demurely with a slow, choir-like build, and even by the end it’s not going to bring the roof down, but it does work up a solid groove midway through despite an arrangement that feels a little sparse.

As always, lead singer Dave Bayley’s hand signals while singing are a fun watch, too. You can check them out below, or when the band take to the stage at the remaining legs of Laneway Festival this weekend.
