The PBS Drive Live 2014 lineup has been announced as the Melbourne community station returns with another great live, local bill.

Taking over the airwaves from Monday 3rd February to Friday 7th February between 5-7pm, this year’s Drive Live will see three acts playing three studios in a single drivetime show gathering a collection of the local scene’s finest Melbourne music talents.

Leading the pack is the toast of international tastemakers and local audiences alike, Courtney Barnett, who’ll be performing on the same afternoon slot as lilting guitar pop group The Stevens and School Of Radiant Living.

The globetrotting, Grammy-nominated future soul outfit Hiatus Kaiyote are also on the PBS Drive Live 2014 bill, joined in the studios on the same day by the Meredith-smashing mutant indie blues of D.D Dumbo and forceful soul enforcers The Harpoons.

Rounding out the PBS Drive Live 2014 lineup is the brash blues of Triple J Next Crop picksThe Murlocs, trashy industrial Melbournites Forces, power-pop-punks Bad Vision, along with Miles Brown, White Hex, Cherrywood, Harry Howard and the NDE, Wonderboy, and Sugar Fed Leopards.
