As announced last week, The Black Keys have at last revealed a due date for their eighth studio LP, Turn Blue, notably a gruelling three years since the blockbuster of 2011, El Camino.
The first leak from the May 13 release is the track ‘Fever’. Pertaining to their familiar bluesy rock’n’roll beat, the single witnesses the pair teeter toward a more psychedelic inspired sound. The track is championed by a freak-out synth loop one would find best in the garages of the 60s before the band burst the temperature gauge into a burning flame of kaleidoscopic delirium.
