Dresden Dolls Announce Theatre Tour

Dresden Dolls Announce Theatre Tour

Written by Melanie Lewis on 14 November 2011

Followers of theatrical punk cabaret stars The Dresden Dolls rejoice! There’s a reunion tour afoot! The dynamic pair, comprised of Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione, reached infamy through their brand of art house rock, steadily climbing out of the artistic trenches from which they were born.

Whilst Amanda is certainly no stranger to our shores, it has been six years since she and Brian performed here as The Dresden Dolls and in the minds and hearts of their devoted fans, that is truly six years too many. Back in town for Mona Foma Amanda and Brian’s live shows will no doubt enchant and enthrall audiences; their return will no doubt be much celebrated as they grace the nation’s finest theatres this coming January!
