dEUS have announced that veteran Australian musicians The Paradise Motel will be joining the dEUS Australian tour as support for both the Sydney and Melbourne shows.
Formed in 1994 with the discovery of lead singer Merida Sussex working in the local library, The Paradise Motel has been a much loved member to the Australian music family for almost two decades.
Relocation to London in 1998 saw the band travelling throughout Europe, UK and America introducing a new legion of fans to their ethereal and haunting live shows that toe the delicate line between violence and silence.
In 2008 the band emerged from a hiatus bigger and better than ever. They have since released two critically acclaimed albums, ‘Australian Ghost Story’ and ‘I Still Hear Your Voice At Night’ and perfected their hauntingly beautiful live performances.
This year sees The Paradise Motel releasing a highly anticipated third album since their reformation, ‘Oh Boy’ and sharing the stage with Belgian legends, dEUS.
