Kindness Announces Pair Of Australian Dates

Written by Al Newstead on 16 May 2012

Kindness, aka Adam Bainbridge, will be bringing his soulful dance party to Australia next week, playing headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Be prepared for an onslaught of slinky smooth, wistful and woozy sounds as he hits the road with Modular label-mates including UK’s synth maverick Tom Vek and Australia’s own Jonathan Boulet.

As Kindness, Bainbridge received critical praise with the arrival of his debut album World, You Need A Change Of Mind (released late March); and has just released an unconventional video for his latest single, ‘House.’

Directed by Adam and Dan Brereton, it features Bainbridge in a clincial explanation of pop music and breaking down the elements of his song to a child, making for some compelling viewing. You can check it out below after the tour dates for Kindness’ first Aussie dates.
