Roytson Vasie & Immigrant Union ‘Come On’ Tour 2012
Royston Vasie are getting set to release their anticipated debut album, Tanah Merah. The band are giving you a special taste of what’s to come with the highly contagious second single Come on, and an East Coast tour with friends Immigrant Union.
‘Come On’ is a goodtime hit featuring flawless harmonies with the help of Courtney Barnett and Bob Harrow (of Immigrant Union), a sing-along chorus and a melody which slithers like a snake around the greatest bass line ever written. It is a song about living unrestricted, doing what you want and holding on to youth.
Returning from a successful single tour for ‘You Want It Now’, selling out iconic venues such as Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club and Sydney’s Oxford Arts Factory, plus a national tour withBen Kweller, Manchester Orchestra and the Afghan Whigs, Royston Vasie are quickly adding to their reputation of being one of the most exciting live acts in the country. They have recently supported the likes of The Cruel Sea, The Vasco Era, Wolf & Cub and British India.
