EVEN Giving Fans A Chance To Choose The Tracks For Their 18th Anniversary Compilation Album
One of Australia’s much-loved and critically acclaimed rock acts, EVEN is continuing to make 2012 a year to remember for music lovers.
So far this year, EVEN has released its sixth studio album ‘In Another Time’ to critical acclaim, played a show in front of Collingwood and Hawthorn crowds at the MCG, released a special vinyl 7” single for Record Store Day, supported US rockers Urge Overkill, played at Cherry Rock012 Festival, Heart of St Kilda and Masters of Rock Benefit shows, as well as completing a national tour with kindred spirits The Fauves.
This month, EVEN is calling all its fans and music lovers to be part of Australian rock history by selecting the songs for the band’s 18th anniversary compilation album, FIRST XVIII. The band has launched a project on the Pozible crowdfunding site to encourage fans to pledge their support and choose their 18 favourite EVEN songs of all time. Since 1994, EVEN has released six studio albums, three compilation albums, three EP’s and 17 singles, so fans will have more than 100 songs to choose from to select their ‘FIRST XVIII’.
