PBS Open Day

PBS Open Day

PBS 106.7FM is set to open their doors to everyone on Saturday, October 20th from midday until 3pm. Curious music lovers are invited to get down to the Collingwood studios and access the nooks and crannies of the PBS studios, along with a chance to meet some of PBS’s broadcasters.

If you’ve ever wondered what’s behind the magic of the wireless, or whether your favorite announcer has a “head for broadcasting”, or looks like their voice… come down and see inside the famed Studio 5, check out the extensive music collection, and meet the people who help run PBS day to day.

There will be tours, balloons, a BBQ, face painting and, most important of all, great music.

Find out how PBS works, how to get involved, how to get your music played, or just head along for a sticky-beak.

Get inside your PBS!
