Biggest Fuck Up of 2011 Winner: Meat Loaf being booked for the Grand Final entertainment Despite collapsing on stage multiple times leading up to his booking as the entertainment for the AFL Grand Final the sporting body went ahead with a performance. What took place on that fate full day took with ease the mantle of worst ever from Angry Anderson; a feat many thought impossible.

Runner-Up: Foo Fighters upstage the Westboro Baptist Church Fundamentalist church group the Westboro Baptist Church announced back in September that they planned on picketing the Foo Fighters gig in Kansas City, USA due to the bands repeated promotion of 'fornication, adultery, idolatry, fags.' Not to be outdone the Dave Grohl fronted band decided to ambush the picketing church group playing an impromptu gig as gay truckers singing 'Keep It Clean', a tribute song to same-sex love.
Saddest Event of 2011
Winner: Spicks and Specks comes to an end Much loved ABC music trivia/comedy/variety show Spicks and Specks hung up its instruments and called it a day this year. The show had been a fixture on music fans’ TV screens on a Wednesday night for the last seven years. Presenters Adam Hills and Myf Warhurst said they decided they'd rather end the show on a high note.
