We previously reported that Delta Goodrem’s new single, “Sitting On Top Of The World” seems to be being a pretty clear rip off of the Arcade Fire track, “Rebellion (Lies)” but since Girl Talk rose to fame in 2010 the question of copyright infringement has been up in the air.
