Now that we’re in 2013, we can safely say that the future isn’t quite how we humans might have envisioned it 40 or 50 years ago. Flying cars aren’t the norm, we can’t teleport, and we’re all still eating meals with knives and forks. One thing people, or moreover, rock stars accurately predicted though, was the rise of robots. While they may not be serving our food and raising our children yet, they are increasingly popular and most importantly, they’re still really damn cool. So in celebration of that coolness we’ve put together a slideshow of our favourite songs about robots, including some played by the androids themselves.
