Stephen Cummings – When You Walk In The Room (Searchers cover)

Published 28 October 2010 . Filed in Carbie Warbie Live

Dusting off an old classic that was a chart hit for Stephen Cumming’s former band, The Sports. Not everyday you get to hear the word “nonchalant” in a pop song. Today is going to be no different because Stephen Cummings must be sick of that word, as he changes the lyrics to this pop hit. Originally written and recorded by Jackie DeShannon, it was originally a big success for The Searchers. Part of the Charles Jenkins Winter Ball 2010. It was so great to hear this terrific little ditty again
